I was delighted to visit Beacon Primary School to once again experience the vibrant learning environment they have created for their pupils.
The school has been modified over the pandemic with even more themed areas spread across the school including Willy Wonka, Narnia and a circus in order to promote a healthy and exciting learning environment for pupils.
Students are also provided with vital life skills in the school including banking. Pupils are able to collect Beacons, the schools currency, for good behaviour and take the tokens to the school bank in exchange for items - including iPads if they are prepared to save a lot of Beacons!
It was a pleasure to see the wonderful learning environment that headteacher Paul Drew and members of staff have created for their students.
