I recently got to visit Willenhall E-ACT Academy. I met with staff, students and the headteacher Jenn Willmitt to discuss what they’ve been doing to improve the school. I then got the opportunity in the House of Commons to congratulate Jenn and her team at the school on their fantastic progress. Following a positive Ofsted report, the school is no longer in the special measures category. Now, Willenhall E-Act are the most improved school in Walsall and are going from strength to strength with excellent results in English and Maths. I’m hoping to get them over to Parliament to visit soon.
