This month, I’m taking part in Macmillan’s Fitness February Challenge!
Every day this month I’ll be running 5k to help raise awareness and support for Macmillan – join me and show your support by exercising for 20 minutes every day throughout February.
Your choice of exercise depends on what suits you, from running to dancing or skipping to squatting, build up a sweat and support a good cause!
Join the Fitness February Facebook group, register for your free t-shirt and set up your custom Facebook fundraising page, although there is also no minimum fundraising pledge.
By participating in this challenge, you are supporting Macmillan to help many people living with cancer.
