The first banknotes with the King’s image will be going into circulation on 5th June.
This is the first time The Bank of England has changed the image of The Monarch on a banknote as Queen Elizabeth II was the first Monarch to appear on a Bank of England note in 1960.
There’s still time! If you're at work, on holiday or would rather vote from home for whatever reason, then you can sign up for a postal vote in less than two minutes
Applications for postal votes close at 5pm on 17th April
Local Elections are just around the corner and if you prefer to vote from home, it only takes a few minutes to sign up for a postal vote... the same time it takes to make a cuppa.
So pop the kettle on and apply to vote by post before 17th April at 5pm.
