Happy Mother's Day

Sadly, my own mum passed away some time ago, but my amazing mother-in-law continues to be an inspiration to me.

Sheila is 90 and has moved into a residential home, but she works hard every day to be as independent as possible.

Inter Bloxwich Football Club

Last week I met with Ross, Reuben and the Inter Bloxwich team at KGV to find out more about the club.

It was great to see the lads in action and have a chat to some of the parents and players, who clearly enjoy their time on the pitch!

Half-marathon for St Giles Hospice

In advance of my daughter getting married in June, we have been training together to run the London Marathon.

So, today we headed to Cheshire for a half-marathon, and we both managed to cut about 15 mins off our previous personal bests.
