Russ Cook also known as the Hardest Geezer, became the first person to run the length of Africa earlier this year - that’s the equivalent of 360 marathons!
He is now keen to talk to as many young people as he can about his journey across Africa by giving free talks to schools and encouraging students to get involved with sport and maybe host a run
